We want you to love your Mini Moon pieces! If somethingโ€™s not quite right, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Inside the original barcoded bag (intact and undamaged)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

What is โ€œFree Returnsโ€ Coverage?

When you opt in for Free Returns Coverage at checkout, we cover the return shipping cost for any item in your orderโ€”whether youโ€™re requesting a refund or exchange.

If you do not opt in, you can still return items, but the return shipping label cost will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged item, start a return within 2 days and upload a photo showing the damage. Weโ€™ll review and respond promptly.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Refunds typically appear in your account withinย 3โ€“5 business days after processing
  • No restocking fees, ever!
