We want you to love your Mini Moon pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopminimoon.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please include that in your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on current inventory availability.

Final Sale Items

Please note that sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopminimoon.com, and we’ll make it right.
